Valox DR51 plastic resin pellets bulk

S-Plastics valox PBT plastic is a kind of plastic composed of polybutylene terephthalate. It is a semi crystalline material with very good chemical stability, mechanical strength, electrical insulation characteristics and thermal stability.

 

PBT applications

  • Electronic and electrical: connectors, plugs, sockets, coil frames, fuse boxes, non fusible wire breakers, flyback transformers, household appliance handles, housings, etc., terminal blocks, various transformer spools, microswitches, meters, various timers and watch bases, and various switches.

  • Automobile: door handle, bumper, distributor cover, fender, wire housing, rim cover, starter igniter, distributor, carburetor and gearbox.

  • Industrial parts: OA fan, keyboard, fishing tackle reel, parts, lampshade, lamp cap, etc.

S-Plastics valox DR51 is a 15% glass reinforced,  excellent mechanical, thermal and electrical performance. Non-flame retardant. .Numerous applications: edge trimmers, food mixer motor stator and commutator, cooling fan, connectors, bobbins, switches,spotlights, appliance housings, handles,etc
